Main Block

The Main Block is the standard block in the system. It consists of a hard, compact surface layer on both sides, with an insulating layer in the middle.

The blocks are stacked in a running bond and locked together with insulation plugs. No mortar, no glue and no formwork.

The holes are filled with reinforced concrete, which forms a grid of load-bearing columns. You get structure, insulation and formwork in one block.

Suitable for homes, garages, basements and buildings up to 3 storeys.

  1. Size: 600 x 300 x 300 mm
  2. Hard, compact surface layer on both sides

  5. Locked with EPS plugs. No mortar or glue

How to build

1. Prepare the ground. Compact and pour a base slab, or build directly on firm, well-drained ground.

2. Lay the first course. Set the bottom course level. It is the starting point for the whole wall.

3. Stack and lock. Stack the blocks course by course in a running bond and lock them with plugs. Add the reinforcement.

4. Fill with concrete. Pour concrete into the cavities, only 25 litres per m².

5. Roof and finish. Fit the roof trusses, and render or paint the walls as you like.
