Inner Block

Innerstein is a thinner block, designed for applications such as interior partition walls and sound-insulating walls.

The blocks are stacked in a running bond pattern and secured with insulation plugs. No mortar, no adhesive, and no formwork required.

The voids in the block are filled with reinforced concrete, resulting in a lightweight, insulated wall.

It can also be used for garages, agricultural buildings, and warehouses.

How the block is constructed

1. Prepare the ground. Compact the soil and pour a footing, or build directly on solid, well-drained ground.

2. Lay the first row. Place the bottom course level. This serves as the foundation for the entire wall.

3. Stack and lock. Stack the blocks in an interlocking pattern (staggered joints) and secure them with plugs. Insert reinforcement.

4. Pour concrete. Fill the cavities with concrete—only 25 liters per m².

5. Roof and finish. Install roof trusses, then apply render or paint the walls as desired.
